Adjust or cancel order

If you contact our customer service directly, the order may still be adjusted or canceled. It is possible that your order has already been shipped due to our fast packaging and shipping process. In this case, unfortunately, we can no longer adjust or cancel the order. You can make use of the right of return when the order has been delivered.
