Luke Humphries

Luke 'Cool Hand Luke' Humphries was born on February 11, 1995, in Newbury, England. Luke won 5 tournaments on the PDC Pro Tour in 2017. This qualified him for the PDC World Darts Championship 2018. However, he did not progress beyond the qualifiers. A year later, he reached the quarterfinals at the PDC World Darts Championship 2019, where he lost to Michael Smith. At the PDC World Championship 2020, Luke Humphries again reached the quarterfinals, losing to Peter Wright. In 2024, he became the world champion at the PDC. He defeated the then 16-year-old Luke Littler in the final with a score of 7-4.
