Personalize your darts with laser engraving

If you'd like to have the barrels of your brand-new dart set laser-engraved, Dartshopper is the right place for you! Below, you’ll find a detailed explanation of what is and isn’t possible.
To engrave a set of darts, you can visit the respective product page. There, you’ll find information on how to create the engraving and what to keep in mind.
Darts can only be engraved if they meet certain specifications. For instance, the barrel must not have a full grip and should have a partially smooth surface.
The reason for this is that engraving barrels with a full grip does not yield the desired result due to the uneven surface. Below, you’ll find a clear example of barrels that can and cannot be engraved.
On the left side, you see a set of darts with a partially smooth surface. There is space for engraving. On the right side, you see a set of darts with a full grip, which leaves no room for engraving.
If the darts are engravable, you can choose to have a word, name (depending on the available space), or your initials engraved. Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot engrave images on darts.
When adding engraving to a suitable dart set in your shopping cart, it is important to add one engraving per set. It is not necessary to add an engraving for each individual dart in your set. Please note that the darts set you wish to have engraved must also be added to your shopping cart. If we receive your order with only the engraving and no set of darts, it will be automatically canceled.
The steps are as follows:
Add one set of darts with a smooth surface to the shopping cart.
Choose the position of the laser engraving. You can select engraving on the top or the middle (this varies depending on the type of dart).
Select a laser engraving with 2 initials or a name of up to 8 characters.
Indicate on which set of darts the laser engraving should be placed.
Add the personalized laser engraving to the shopping cart.
If engraving is possible and the darts are in stock (depending on other items in your shopping cart), it will take approximately 1-2 business days from the time we receive your payment to process your order. If you order during the holiday season, processing times may be longer due to increased demand.
Please also note that it is not possible to return personalized darts, as we cannot resell them due to the personalization. We only accept returns of personalized products if they have a manufacturing defect and are unused. In such cases, you must first contact our customer service, and clear photos of the defects will be requested.
