E-commerce Platform Software
Commercetools

Our online store is built using Commercetools software. Personal data that you provide to us for the purpose of our services is shared with this provider only to the extent necessary for delivering (technical) support. Commercetools never uses your data for other purposes.

We have a data processing agreement with Commercetools, under which they are obliged to implement appropriate security measures. These measures include, among others, SSL encryption, secure data centers, and strict access and password policies.

Commercetools may use subcontractors (such as cloud providers) for hosting and data processing, who are bound by the same legal obligations and security standards.

Voyado

For customer relationship management and marketing purposes, we use Voyado. This software allows us to send targeted communication, newsletters, offers, and personalized recommendations. For this, your personal data (such as name, email address, purchase history, and preferences) is processed.

We have a data processing agreement with Voyado, meaning they process your data only on our behalf and do not use it for their own purposes. Voyado implements appropriate security measures to protect your data and may, if necessary, use subcontractors bound by the same security obligations.

Personalization and Product Recommendations
Clerk.io

We use Clerk.io for search functionality, product recommendations, and personalization on our webshop. This software analyzes your website usage and, if applicable, your previous purchases to show you relevant products.

The data required for this (such as viewed products, shopping behavior, and order history) is processed by Clerk.io on our behalf. Clerk.io uses this data exclusively to improve our webshop experience and not for its own purposes.

Search and Navigation Personalization
Tweakwise

We use Tweakwise to optimize search results, filters, and product recommendations within our webshop. Tweakwise processes only the data we provide via the website or API, such as viewed products and shopping behavior, and uses it exclusively to improve webshop functionality.

Tweakwise acts as a data processor and does not collect personal data on its own without our instruction. In our implementation, no cookies are placed.

Flowbox

We use Flowbox to display social media content and user-generated images (such as Instagram posts). Flowbox allows us to integrate content from social platforms into our webshop so that visitors can gain inspiration from real customer photos and experiences.

For this, Flowbox may process technical data such as IP addresses, browser information, and interactions with the integrated content. Flowbox places cookies to record interactions and statistics. These data and cookies are used solely to optimize display functionality and track statistics.
