Are you not satisfied with the order you received or did you receive a defective item? Then we will solve that for you! All business purchases are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
There are 2 types of returns, namely:
- Right of return within 14 days
- Return due to defect / wrong product
1: Conditions of right of withdrawal within 14 days
If you wish to make use of the right of withdrawal, you can return the products without giving any reason and without any conditions. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the trader with all the accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. In order to process your return as quickly as possible, we ask you to register your return via the online return form on our website. If you prefer not to use this form, this is no problem for us.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. The direct costs of returning the products are for your account. Returns are always at your own risk, even if there are problems with the carrier.
- There is no user damage visible, either on the product or on the packaging.
- There is no question of a tailor-made product, such as products that have been specially printed or processed for the customer.
If the returned products meet the above conditions, we will credit the entire purchase amount, including shipping costs, to your bank, credit card or PayPal account within 14 days of receipt. You will receive a credit invoice via email. If the returned product(s) does (do) not meet our return conditions, then the purchase amount will not be credited and we will contact you about this.
2: Return due to defect / wrong product
Are your ordered items defective, damaged or delivered incorrectly? Then we will solve this for you as soon as possible! Please contact our customer service via firstname.lastname@example.org and clearly indicate which products are concerned, what is wrong and the order number of the order. We will then send you a return label with which the products can be returned.
Register for return
You can return our products within 14 days without giving any reason. Attention! The return costs are for your own account, these will not be reimbursed by us. After you have indicated to return one or more products, you have another 14 days to actually return the products to us.
Products can only be returned to us for private orders. Business orders cannot make use of the right of return.
Step-by-step plan for reporting returns
- Log in with your customer account in our webshop. If you do not have a customer account click on this link and enter the e-mail address with which the order was placed. You will then receive an email that will take you to your customer account.
- When you are logged in, you will be added to your account overview. On the left side you will find 'My orders'. Then click on view next to the order from which you want to return a product.
- Now you will see an overview of the order you have placed. Then you can click on the 'Return items' button in the bottom right-hand corner to create the return shipment.
- You will now be redirected to a page where you can set up the return. First of all, you need to indicate which products are being returned. This can be done by specifying the number in the drop-down menu. If you want to keep your product you can leave it at 0.
- You must now indicate why the products in question are being returned. At Reason and Action you can choose from the return reason.
- Now click on Send in the lower right corner. The return is then requested.
- Finally, the return department will determine whether the return is accepted or not. When the return is accepted you will receive an email with further instructions for returning the products and the address details to which you can return the products.
